By engaging with AL HALAL TECH (AYEGBAJEJE) for video editing, graphic design, or web design services, you agree to these terms. All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables will be agreed upon via our official Live Chat or authorized communication channels prior to the commencement of work.
Payments & Deposits: Depending on the scale of the project, an upfront deposit may be required before design or development begins. Final files or website credentials will only be transferred upon full and final payment.
Revisions: Standard projects include a predetermined number of revisions. Requests extending beyond the original scope of work or the allotted revisions may incur additional fees.
Upon final payment, the client assumes full ownership of the final delivered assets (graphics, videos, or website code). However, AL HALAL TECH retains the right to display the completed work within our Creative Portfolio and marketing materials unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the project start.
